Instructions:

After clicking on the above link, a new browser window will open. Using the scroll bar on the right or the navigation buttons at the bottom of the window, find a picture of an exercise you wish to try, click on the tiny Magnifying Glass to select and view it as a larger picture. |

If this is the right exercise, then you may just view it on the computer screen whilst you are completing the exercise. |

Alternatively, to download a full size picture to your computer for later viewing or printing, simply close this larger picture by clicking on the "cross in a circle" on the top right corner, then click on the down arrow next to the magnifying glass icon of the smaller picture .

A box will open and if you "right mouse click" anywhere in the white space and select Save Picture As to download to your desktop or a folder on your computer. Once you've done this just click Close Window to return to the Gallery. |
