Josephine Snowdon - Occupational Therapist

 Josephine is an accredited Occupational Therapist whose practice, Creative Health Consultancy, auspices,  CHC Interaction- as a consortium of service providers under Fahcsia.

Josephine has 30 years of experience in Paediatrics and has worked with children on the spectrum from behavioural, play and sensory integrative perspectives.  Josephine started in the 1970’s in paediatrics at the Austin hospital, then assisted in establishing an early childhood development program, and most recently developed her private practice in Essendon. Josephine’s practice is committed to the long term needs of her clients and works to improve the depth and relevance  of her programs, which are primarily clinic based with school and home visits to complement .Josephine sees children from infants through to adolescents.

Josephine has both strong clinical skills, administrative skills and also teaching skills. She was recently one of three clinicians who started the new school in OCCUPATIONAL SCIENCE AND THERAPY AT DEAKIN UNIVERSITY, and now supervises occupational Therapy students in the Masters of practice program at Latrobe University, through her practice.
